| BuLang Redispersible Latex Powder (VAE/RDP) BuLang-2001 is formed by spray drying of ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion using the polymerization process. This product has good film-forming properties, easily soluble in water and easy to form emulsions, strong adhesion, and strong stretchability. It can give the mortar good fluidity and workability, and effectively improve cohesion, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and Weather resistance, airtightness, impermeability, and bonding strength. |
Physical/Chemical Properties
| BuLang-2001 is a copolymer powder of vinyl acetate and ethylene, which can be dispersed in water. Due to the relatively high ethylene content, this resin is soft and elastic. Its glass transition temperature (Tg) is lower than the freezing point of water. Compounds modified with BuLang-2001 exhibit better adhesion, flexural strength, deformability, abrasion resistance, cohesion, and are easier to process. Leveling, thixotropy and water retention are largely unaffected. This product is ideal for use in combination with other mortar additives designed to enhance specific properties. BuLang-2001 contains fine mineral filler as anti-blocking agent. It is produced without the addition of organic solvents, plasticizers and film formers. BuLang-2001 has little effect on rheological properties and is a dispersible polymer powder in the lower Tg range. It is a low emission end product general purpose powder. It is suitable for formulating compounds with good adhesion to inorganic and organic substrates, and at the same time has good flexibility. |
